Radiance Med Spa was founded by two practicing physicians, Dr. Mark Massak and Dr. Kushal Dhesi, who live and work in the greater Carlisle metro area. Drawing on their clinical backgrounds and shared commitment to safety, they set the medical standards, training, and protocols that guide every Radiance treatment.
Dr. Mark Massak is a board-certified diagnostic andi nterventional radiologist who brings his extensive knowledge of anatomy and a detail-oriented approach to every treatment. With years of experience studying the body at the highest level, he has a unique ability to blend medical expertise with an artistic eye, helping clients achieve safe, natural-looking results. As Medical Director, Dr. Massak is dedicated to creating a welcoming, personalized experience where each client feels confident and cared for.
Dr. Kushal Dhesi is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain specialist with over 15 years of clinical experience. In the field of medical aesthetics he brings a steady hand, deep anatomical knowledge, and a passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. His approach blends precision with artistry, offering personalized, non-surgical treatments that enhance natural beauty. As medical director, Dr. Dhesi's practice is built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to subtle, empowering results.
Hi, I am Brittany Snider, RN! As a new aesthetic injector, I have a passion for helping clients feel like their best. My background in critical care nursing gave me vast experience in patient care, safety, and attention to detail. Although I did enjoy working in the hospital, I was drawn to the artistry of aesthetics. My goal is to create beautiful, natural results and I hope to help you on your aesthetic journey!

Renee Keller is a registered nurse with a strong background in patient care, having worked in Progressive Care, Outpatient Surgery, and Interventional Radiology. With this extensive clinical experience, Renee brings both skill and compassion to her practice as a certified injector for Botox and dermal fillers. She has completed specialized training and certification in aesthetic injectables and is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. Renee’s approach combines safety, precision, and artistry to achieve natural, refreshed results tailored to each individual.
Jessica Kauffman is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience delivering patient-centered care across a variety of healthcare settings. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for combining clinical expertise with a gentle, supportive approach that puts patients at ease. With a deep commitment to safety, integrity, and excellence, Jessica provides high-quality care that makes people feel confident and cared for.
